Roland LaFrance - Chief of staff to Saskatchewan Minister of First Nations Bill Hutchinson - ex-RCMP officer who lived and worked in Haiti, training for CIDA

Carlos Petit-Homme - Security, surveillance and intelligence specialist for the Saskatchewan Gaming Corporation - born and raised in Haiti, ex-Red Cross and Haitian police force.

Sharon McDaniel - Environmental engineer, certified public health inspector. Water, drinking water and wastewater treatment expert.

John Bower - 35-year certified Saskatchewan public health inspector. Special focus on sanitation and sewage systems.

Brad LaFrance - Trained in search and rescue, licensed heavy equipment operator and construction.
